Prunning

We are pruning now which is always fun in the wet cold Rain/Snow, Good news is that we seem to be in some kind of Banana Belt. Everyone else is getting snow we are just getting wet. Looking forward to Wood Fire Pizza. Our new project in our Full Service Outdoor Kitchen should be complete by Spring.
